I hold great respect for the innate healing wisdom within the body and the profoundly positive effect of present, caring touch. 

I am a licensed massage therapist with eighteen years of experience as a bodyworker and energy healer. I am a graduate of The Meridian Shiatsu Institute, The Omega Bodyworks Institute, The Full Spectrum School of Healing and Self Transformation, The Finger Lakes School of Massage, and The Upledger Institute.  I integrate many modalities into my bodywork sessions, including: gentle Swedish massage, acupressure, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing. Each session is shaped to the client's needs.
